From The Ozarks To Kosovo: A Taste From Southeastern Europe

From the Ozark Mountains of southern Missouri where I live, it's a long way to southeastern Europe, to the Republic of Kosovo. Although most Americans have heard news reports from Kosovo and the Balkan region, most aren't familiar with the struggles and wars in the area.

I don't claim to be an expert at all but my latest Rebel Ink Press release is set in both the United States and in Kosovo, hence the title - Kosovo Tales: Two Hearts, One Love. It released October  at all the usual places - All Romance Ebooks,, Bookstrand, and Barnes and Noble. It's not a novel but a series of connected stories. Here's the awesome cover (another Carl J. Franklin beauty), a taste of Kosovo and then the the blurb:

Against a backdrop ranging from the American heartland to the war shattered mountains of Kosovo, Kosovo Tales: Two Hearts, One Love is a collection of inner connected short fiction featuring Albanian freedom fighter Nikolla Shqiponja, Nick, and his American love, Tina.
Together they must face separation, war, danger, and other crises. Their powerful passion and eternal love spans two continents as they weather everything from illness to extreme weather. Both are willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for love but fate intervenes. In Kosovo Tales: Two Hearts, One Love, this man, that woman share a love to last through the ages and beyond.

For those who wonder about the cuisine, here's a simple recipe with a distinct southeastern Europe flavor and just beyond it, a sneak peek from Kosovo Tales: Two Hearts, One Love
