Marina Simms gazed at the email. Confused because it seemed to come
from her, though the preview screen indicated they’d all received it.
She hit ‘reply all’—with the date and time of the ferry to catch for a

May breeze. After a flurry of hugs and kisses, the four women ascended

Marina was thankful her dark lenses hid the moisture filling her eyes.
SOS. No one fessed up to sending the call, but apparently it came at a
good time for all.
